Our undergraduate and graduate students have gone on to successfully careers. In whatever path they pursue, the education that they receive enriches, empowers and prepares them. Students from the Applied Music Department have have gone on to successfully careers as soloists, accompanist, studio teachers, and to obtain advanced degrees. The Musical Education Department successfully places 99% of their undergraduates in their first choice of employment. Music professionals widen their interest. Music educators strengthen their teaching curricula. Our programs offers valuable training for music professionals in library, journalism and editorial work, as well as for those active in music merchandising and marketing. A number of our graduates have gone on to enter doctorate programs at prestigious graduate institutions.
