WCU Retiree Privileges

In recognition of long-time service to West Chester University, faculty and staff who have retired from service can take advantage of the following privileges and benefits:

Athletics

Retirees have access to season passes for both football and basketball games.

Cultural & Community Events

The Visiting Artist Series offers discounted tickets for retirees.

Email Accounts

Email accounts are kept active upon request of the retiree.

Libraries

Retirees have access to the University's libraries.

Parking

Parking permits are available for retirees with completion of a parking permit form. Retirees must apply in person at the Public Safety Department, providing vehicle registration, a valid driver's license, and the Retired Faculty/Staff Ram E-Card. At the present time, there is no charge for retiree parking permits.

Recreation & Leisure

Retirees have access to the WCU Fitness Center at the employee fee, which is currently $210 annually, $100 per semester, or $50 for summer membership.

Training & Organizational Development

Retirees have access to professional and personal development instructor-led courses, as well as on-line professional and computer courses.

Tuition Fee Waiver

Tuition Fee Waiver benefits depend on the present collective bargaining agreement.
