Room Reservations

Requests by faculty or staff for computer lab for short-term use can be made by contacting WCU Space Management (201 Carter Drive, Suite 300) at 610-436-2252 or using Room Booking Services R25 online viewing and booking application.

These reservations should be made as early as the need is known, preferably at least one month in advance, as rooms are booked on a first-come, first serve basis.
A one week notice is the minimum time required.
During the last two weeks of any semester, no room reservations can be made due to final exam requirements.
