Rules and Regulations:

Must have I.D. with Red Sticker for Entrance to Fitness Center

(Come to front desk with your forms filled out, or complete them at the fitness center to get a red sticker)

1. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.
2. Collars must be used for all lifts.
3. Weight plates must be returned to racks.
4. Dumbbells must be returned to racks.

5. Wipe down equipment after use. 

6. Do not place weight plates against equipment. Return to racks.
7. Do not place weights or dumbbells on benches.
8. No food is allowed.
9. Do not prop open any doors.
