1.What motivates you the most to exercise?

Besides the health benefits, I simply have fun being in the gym. The constant challenge of trying to be better than I am is what really drives me.

2. What is your proudest accomplishment in regards to exercise or sports to date?

I'm not sure that I have one particular strength, but I like to think that I am fairly well-rounded when it comes to different aspects of fitness (strength, cardiovascular endurance, etc.)

3. How often do you engage in physical activity and what is the activity?

I can't help but to exercise, even on my "off" days when I don't go to the gym. I am always either lifting, running, or doing something active.

4. What is your favorite exercise/workout?

When I have the time, I like to focus on lifting weights in the gym. When I don't have much time (which is most of the time) I like to do HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts.

"Don't focus on being the best. Focus on being a better you."
