Bodywork
This class will present an overview of several types of “bodywork” styles including: reflexology, cranio-sacral therapy, massage techniques and acupressure.
The faculty will describe the various types and forms of bodywork. The uses of bodywork will be discussed and there will be plenty of time for discussion as well as questions and answers. Research has indicated that bodywork may assist in healing, positive mindset and overall be beneficial to healthy lifestyle. This class will outline the various forms and types of bodywork that will be available here through the Mind-Body Institute of Applied Psychophysiology. All practitioners here at the Mind-Body Institute of Applied Psychophysiology are certified in their practice area and are either Masters level or Doctoral prepared Registered Nurses.
