Nuestro programa B.A. ofrece cursos de lengua básica y avanzada, literatura,
civilización y cultura cada semestre y en el verano.
Our B.A. program offers both basic and
advanced language courses, and courses in literature, civilization and
culture each semester and in the summer sessions.
Students may obtain PA K-12 Foreign
Language Certification in Spanish in conjunction with the B.A.
En general, para los que se especializan en español se ofrecen cursos de
gramática y conversación (SPA 301-302), Lecturas (SPA 315), Civilización de
España (SPA 320) y de América Latina (SPA 321), Introducción a la literatura
peninsular y latinoamericana (SPA 330 y 331), Fonética (SPA 365), entre otros
cursos avanzados.
In general, for Spanish majors and minors, we offer courses
in grammar and conversation, literature, Spanish and Latin American civilization,
Introduction to Peninsular and Latin American Literature, Phonetics, among
other advanced courses.
El estudiante podrá estudiar en el extranjero como parte de su programa. Se
puede estudiar en Guadalajara, Mexico o Sevilla, España, o en la Universidad
Nacional en Heredia, Costa Rica.
Students may study abroad as part of their program in either Guadalajara or Seville or Costa
Rica.
Ofrecemos al nivel de maestría el M.A. o M.Ed. sin o con la certificación. Ofrecemos
ahora los cursos LAN 500 Research in 2nd Language Education y LAN 503 Techniques
of 2nd Language Teaching.
We offer courses at the level of the master's degree
with or without certification, in the M.A. or M.Ed.
We presently offer courses in second language acquisition such as LAN 500 and LAN 503.
