Technology; Civil War; Maritime; and Social Studies Education.
Current Research:
Technology and Society; Civil War; and nineteenth-century maritime and naval history.
Brief Biography:
Dr. Legg holds his doctorate from The College of William and Mary, a Master's in history from SUNY-Brockport, and his Bachelor's degree from SUNY-Courtland. Prior to coming to West Chester, he held positions at Mystic Seaport and Western Michigan University. His work has appeared in American Civil War Leadership and Naval War College Review.
