Directions

Visiting a college is an important part of the college selection process.  We thank you for considering West Chester University and we look forward to your visit.  Reservations are required for all group information sessions and campus tours.  The link below will take you to the registration page. If you are visiting campus with a party of ten or more people, please contact the Admissions Office at 610-436-3411 to make arrangements for your visit.   

One hour tours of campus are led by a University Ambassador (student tour guide) and are offered daily during the academic year.  Tours typically consist of a visit to a residence hall, the dining facility, and a classroom setting.  Please click here to refer to our Campus Tour Schedule for available times and registration.  Select tours are preceded by a 30 minute Admissions Information Session given by an Admissions Officer. Admissions Information Sessions provide an opportunity to learn more about the academic, residential, and extracurricular opportunities available at WCU.

Students who are interested in music and are perhaps thinking of choosing music as their major can take a tour of the Swope Music Building.  Tours of the facility are offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 1p.m. and last about 45 minutes.  To register for a tour please call the Music Department at 610-436-2739.  You may also want to visit their link http://www.wcupa.edu/CVPA/ for more info about the music program.

A Self-Guided Walking Tour is available for those who would like to visit Campus when the Office of Admissions is closed. Please feel free to print the brochure when visiting WCU.
