Pursuant to Act 57 and its amendments, all purchases of goods and services in excess of $18,900.00 must be publicly advertised and competitively bid. Goods and services with value of less than $18,900 may be bid by the Purchasing Office but may not appear on this Current Bid Opportunity list.

In the event the University is officially closed on the day the responses are due for any bid and/or RFP, the response date for the bid and/or RFP will automatically be the next business day at the same time. For example, if the bid is due on 3/1/13 at 11:00 a.m. and the University is officially closed, the bid will automatically be due on 3/2/13 at 11:00 a.m. (the next official business day).

In the event the University has an official delayed opening on the day the responses are due for any bid and/or RFP, the response date will be the same but the time will be delayed by as many hours of the delay. For example, if a bid and/or RFP is due on 3/1/13 at 11:00 a.m. and there is an official 2 hour delay, the bid and/or RFP will be opened on 3/1/13 at 1:00 pm. (2 hours from the original time).
