In the event the University is officially closed on the day the responses are due for any bid and/or RFP, the response date for the bid and/or RFP will automatically be the next business day at the same time. For example, if the bid is due on 3/1/13 at 11:00 a.m. and the University is officially closed, the bid will automatically be due on 3/2/13 at 11:00 a.m. (the next official business day).

In the event the University has an official delayed opening on the day the responses are due for any bid and/or RFP, the response date will be the same but the time will be delayed by as many hours of the delay. For example, if a bid and/or RFP is due on 3/1/13 at 11:00 a.m. and there is an official 2 hour delay, the bid and/or RFP will be opened on 3/1/13 at 1:00 pm. (2 hours from the original time).
