The Financial Aid office is comprised of a team of dedicated customer service professionals committed to building strong, positive relationships inside and outside of the University. A Counselor of the Day  (C.O.D) is available to assist walk-ins, telephone inquiries. If you wish to meet or speak with a particular counselor, we encourage you to make an appointment.     Assist walk-in clients, response to E-mail and traditional correspondence, scheduling in-person and telephone appointments, dissemination of information and forms to West Chester University clients and the greater West Chester Community at large.

Customer service manager, NCAA processes, Graduate Assistant Waivers, PA National Guard, Federal Direct and private student loan compliance, lender liaison, provides financial aid counseling to students and parents.

Assistant Director- Mrs. Carolyn Speidel- Available for appointments on Mon. Wed. Fri.

Administers all PA and out of state grant programs, provides financial aid counseling to students and parents.

Monday - C.O.D. Assistant Director - Mrs. Michele Bogdon- Available for appointments Wed. & Thurs. (March to Sept) Verification, provides financial aid counseling to students and parents, Out of state student liaison.

Tuesday- C.O.D. Associate Director - Mrs. Gizelle D. Jones - Available for appointments on Thurs. & Fri.

A.D.P. Liaison,Title IV Campus Based Aid, Professional Judgments,FAO Web site Administrator, provides financial aid counseling to students and parents.

Wednesday- C.O.D. Assistant Director - Ms. Tori Weigant- Available for appointments on Mon. & Fri.

Federal Pell and TEACH Grants. Verification, provides financial aid counseling to students and parents.

Thursday- C.O.D. Assistant Director - Mr. Robert Foultz - Available for appointments on Mon. & Tues.

Verification Program Lead, Resolution of Student Federal Eligibility Issues, Professional Judgments-PJ/Income Reduction- Request and Appeals to be Independent, provides financial aid counseling to students and parents.

Friday- C.O.D. Assistant Director - Ms. Martha Cross- Available for appointments on Tues. & Wed.

Calculation of Title IV returns, Scholarships, PHEAA Special Programs, Verification, provides financial aid counseling to students and parents.
