Summer Housing 2013

West Chester University offers a comprehensive summer school opportunity. The Office of Residence Life and Housing Services has a program in place for summer housing. We typically arrange for one residence hall to be available for summer.

Summer 2013 Housing/Meal Fee Structure:

North Single/19 Meal Plan $285.00
North Single/14 Meal Plan $276.00
North Double/19 Meal Plan $234.00
North Double/14 Meal Plan $225.00

No meal plan is available during Intersession #1. Students staying during this period will be billed for housing only and must make their own arrangements for meals.

Weekly Costs

  • North Campus Double Per Week = $161.00
  • North Campus Single Per Week = $212.00
  • 14 Meal Plan Per Week = $64.00
  • 19 Meal Plan Per Week = $73.00

Session Costs

  • 5 Week Housing North Campus Double and 14 Meal Plan = $1,125.00
  • 5 Week Housing North Campus Double and 19 Meal Plan = $1,170.00
  • 5 Week Housing North Campus Single and 14 Meal Plan = $1,380.00
  • 5 Week Housing North Campus Single and 19 Meal Plan = $1,425.00

Session #1:
Academic Session Dates: May 27 to June 28, 2013
Check In: May 26, 2013

Session #2:
Academic Session Dates: July 1 to August 3, 2013
Check In: June 30, 2013

Post Session/Intersession #2:
Academic Session Dates: August 5 to August 23, 2013
Check In: August 4, 2013
Check Out: August 16, 2013*

*Students living on campus during the Post-Session will be required to move to their fall assignmant OR check out of the residence hall on Friday August 16, 2013, time TBD.
