Bachelor of Science in Accounting

There are 2 routes to apply for admission to the accounting program. You can either:

1. Apply directly to the accounting program. Read more about this procedure in the WCU Undergraduate Admissions web page, or
2. Enter as a pre-business major. The pre-business program gives incoming students some time to plan before committing to any of the business majors. In order to become eligible as an accounting major via the pre-business program, students are required to:
1. Complete, and obtain a grade of C or better in the following courses: Principles of Macroeconomics, Principles of Microeconomics, Financial Accounting, a Mathematics requirement, Quantitative Business Analysis I, and Principles of Management.
2. Obtain a minimum overall GPA of 2.5
