As an educator, I always emphasize reflection and interaction with others from diverse backgrounds. I believe students enjoy and find learning sessions stimulating when they are given the opportunity to inquire about complex problems, exchange innovative ideas, and, most importantly, formulate solutions to these problems in an environment conducive to exploration.
