We are seeking candidates with a strong commitment to social justice and capable of teaching recovery-oriented practice courses at the graduate level. This faculty member will also be expected to teach in other areas, including research, policy and electives concordant with department needs. This position will require teaching both day and evening classes in the MSW Program at the West Chester and Philadelphia campuses.
Applicants must possess an MSW degree from a CSWE-accredited program and have a DSW degree or a PhD in social work or a related field. Candidates who have successfully defended their dissertation proposal will also be considered. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of post-Master’s direct practice experience. Strong preference will be given to applicants with licensure.
Candidates should submit a curriculum vita, a letter outlining teaching and research expertise, a current sample of writing, and the names of three people who can provide professional references.
