Biography
Dr. Delshad joined West Chester University’s Political Science Department in the Fall of 2011. Her teaching and research interests lie in the realm of US public policy, specifically environmental, energy, and food policy. Dr. Delshad also teaches courses designed to introduce students to empirical methods of studying political phenomena. When not teaching, she loves to spend time baking, biking, and hiking.
