I agree to meet with a WCU student for at least three (3) sessions, of about 1 - 1 ½ hours each, and I am willing to complete an evaluation survey about the sessions. I understand that my evaluation will have no bearing on the student's grade for the course and will instead be used to document the effectiveness of the project.

I understand that I will be matched with a WCU undergraduate social work student, who may be of a different gender or race. I understand that the student will have had a police check (Act 34) and a child abuse clearance (Act 151) and that the student will have a picture ID to show me when they come to my home.
