Direct Deposit Student Refunds are now available!
Students can sign up by clicking on the Direct Deposit Refund link in their myWCU account.
Provided the student’s account has a credit balance, financial aid refunds are generally available beginning the 3rd week of classes. Refunds are available at the Office of the Bursar. Refund checks can be only be picked up by the student with a WCU ID card.
Students can check the status of a refund 24/7 via their myWCU account using either the Refund Status Link or the Account Summary Link.
All student refund checks are made payable to the student.
Students may request refunds to be mailed to the home address on record by sending an e-mail request from their WCU e-mail account to their assigned Account Representative.
