Support Student Success: Refer an Employer

Faculty members and the Twardowski Career Development Center play a critical role in the process of students obtaining employment upon graduation. Prospective employers frequently contact academic departments directly and develop strong connections that support the creation of internships and post-graduation jobs.

The career development center provides employers with a range of job posting and recruiting services, along with career fairs and special events, designed to provide an efficient process for hiring West Chester University students.  We invite you to refer any prospective employers to our Employer Relations Team to learn more about recruiting options and maximizing their campus brand among students.
