Information Tables

Information tables are a good way to increase your organization's visibility on campus during the academic year. Twardowski Career Development Center can help you coordinate an Information Table in two high-traffic locations on campus. Please call Evelyn Doran, Recruiting Coordinator, at (610) 436-2501 or email recruit@wcupa.edu to schedule a date.

  • Sykes Student Union Building
    Suggested Times: 10:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday
    The Information Table is usually set up by the Rams Head Food Court. Students from all majors and academic years frequent the Student Union building.

  • Lawrence Hall
    Suggested Times: 11:00am-2:00pm or 4:00pm-7:00pm Monday through Friday
    The Information Table is set up in the lobby outside the main dining hall doors. Mostly freshmen and sophomores frequent this dining hall. The table is set up during meal hours for maximum visibility.

Once we confirm your date, we will provide you with parking information and other details for your scheduled time. We request that you wait for students to approach your table for information. Please note that we do not schedule tables on the weekends, summers or during major events on campus.
