The Counseling Center will be open for currently enrolled students who present with emotional and/or vocational issues when classes are in session during the Academic Year. During Summer Sessions I and II, counseling is provided by appointment only.
Students can walk in during open triage hours Monday through Friday between 1 and 3 p.m. and have a brief (15 - 20 min.) session with a psychologist to determine their level of need. This is on a "first come-first served" basis. Should all time slots be taken for that day's triage, next day times will be available!
All students must arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork!
There is no charge for a triage assessment or counseling with a psychologist at the Counseling Center.
For ongoing clients, the WCU Counseling Center is open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
If you have questions, please call 610-436-2301 and our Front Desk personnel will assist.
