Important Information

• You need an appointment, except for emergencies.
• Bring your health insurance card to all appointments in case lab work is required.
• $10 visit fee payable by Ram Bucks or Check. No cash. You will be given a receipt to submit to your insurance company; we do not bill insurance directly.
• Visit and supply fees must be paid at appointment. If you are unable to pay at this time, your account will be put on hold.
• Eligibility for services: All full-time students and those paying the Health Center Fee
• A list of services and fees is available at the reception desk.
