  • College Arms is now owned and operated by West Chester University, and managed by the Office of Residence Life and Housing Services.
  • College Arms is not available to incoming first-year students. Availability is limited for transfer and graduate students.
  • Occupancy agreement terms are for the academic year
  • College Arms is full for 2013-2014..
  • Applications for 2014-2015 will be available at the Office of Residence Life & Housing Services, 202 Lawrence Center in November, 2013.  
  • The Bursar’s Office will accept $200.00 deposits in November, 2013.
  • Priority consideration will be given to those students who have submitted a complete application and $200 deposit.  
  • Apartment assignments will be made until all spaces are filled.
  • A sample occupancy agreement for the College Arms Apartments is now available HERE
