  Return your non-refundable $68.00 Orientation fee no later than Friday, January 13, 2012. (Payment instructions will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in the Student Information section of this form.)
  Follow the course scheduling instructions included in your admissions acceptance packet.
  Go online to complete the Parent Information Form.
