At WCU you will find affordable, accessible, and comfortable facilities for your conference or meeting use.  We have space available for small to large meetings, conferences, or workshops and have more than 100 classrooms, seminar rooms, lecture halls, and auditorium seating up to 1,200.

The Veterans Memorial Alumni House

• Enclosed patio with seating for 40.

Several types of housing are available on campus for summer conference guests.  Linens are available on a per group basis with prior arrangements for an additional fee. Youth groups are required to have adult supervision for any attendees age 18 and under at the ratio of one adult to ten youths.

University Hall

Residence Halls

• Double or single occupancy rooms with community bathroom facilities on each wing and designated for single gender.

• Two elevators service all floors.

Apartments

• Two, three and four bedroom apartments available for adult guests.
