FEES AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Special rates
have been established for both profit and nonprofit
corporations. Nonprofits must provide a 501(c) certificate
as proof of their nonprofit/tax exempt status.
INSURANCE
REQUIREMENTS
The facility user
shall purchase and maintain, at its expense, the following types
of insurance issued by companies deemed to be financially sound
by the University:

Workers'
Compensation Insurance sufficient to cover all employees of the
organization.

Comprehensive
commercial general liability insurance, property damage
insurance, and automobile liability insurance in such amounts as
the University shall deem sufficient but not less than $250,000
each person, $1,000,000 each occurrence for bodily injury and
property damage. Policies shall be on an occurrence basis
only.
Such policies
shall name the University as an additional insured. The
user must provide the University with current certificates of
insurance. These certificates shall contain a provision
that coverages afforded under the policies shall not be canceled
or changed until at least 30 days' prior written notice has been
given to the University. |
