How to Schedule an Event

Please contact the Office of Conference Services at 610-436-6931 to request space on campus for your event or e-mail MKurimay@wcupa.edu with the following information:

• Date(s) of event
• Number of guests
• Number of sleeping rooms needed (summer only events)
• Number of meeting rooms needed & set up requirements
• Any special requests such as food and/or audio visual needs

Guide to Planning your Event

In planning any event, you must spend a lot of time working out details and themes, but Conference Services performs many of the tasks for you. By working closely with our office, we can improve the planning process. As professionals, we have studied conference standards and recognize the elements necessary in any productive event. Let us assist you by managing many responsibilities to relieve the tension from your planning committee, allowing you to better enjoy your event.
