What is the H1N1 Nasal Mist Vaccine?
Live, attenuated intranasal vaccine (or LAIV) is sprayed into the nose. The nasal H1N1 mist is a live flu vaccine that's been deemed safe by the FDA. For more information on the H1N1 vaccine, visit Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) website.
Why should I be vaccinated?
Because few people have immunity to this new virus, the best way to avoid H1N1 and its complications is by getting vaccinated.
