TIMELY WARNING

The West Chester University Police department has received a report of an actor exposing his genitals to a female student, on Thursday January 26, 2017 at approximately 1:00 pm, in the area of E.O.Bull and the School of Music and Preforming Art Bldgs. The actor did not touch or speak to the female student. The male is described as a white male, 5ft 5in tall, 25 to 30 years of age, heavy set, black hair and full beard, wearing a black long sleeve shirt, and blue and white flannel pajama pants. • Your partner cannot give consent if incapacitated with alcohol or drugs, coerced, threatened, or frightened.
• The person(s) who initiate(s) a new level of sexual activity is responsible for getting consent for each level of intimacy.
• Limit your use of alcohol.
• Step in if you see a friend or acquaintance being taken advantage of or trying to take advantage of another person. Separate the individuals and make sure they get home safe.
