Parking Garage Passes Spring 2024
EMPLOYEES: Parking Garage Passes went on sale December 5th. Please refer to the email sent from Public Safety on December 5th for more details.
STUDENTS: Parking Garage Passes are SOLD OUT!
**You may pay to park in any 4 garages (Commons, Sharpless, New Street and SRC) as often as you need ($1.50 per hour / $9.00 max daily rate - subject to change). Please note, all garages accept CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD AND RAM BUCKS. You will not be able to use cash to pay for daily parking.**
Access to all garages will be through your WCU ID Ram Card once you are approved for the parking garage pass.
Parking Garage Pass Details
The cost for Parking Garage Passes varies by group (see below). Payment must be paid by Credit / Debit card only! Employees may also opt for a pre-tax payroll deduction for the purchase of their pass.
- Employees:
- Fall & Spring Semester - $260.00 each semester or $670.00 for an annual pass that includes both academic semesters and summer sessions
- Students:
- Fall & Spring Semester - $200.00 each semester
- Employees/Students
- Summer (includes all summer sessions) - $150.00
Refunds: Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. Please contact Parking Services to inquire about a refund.
**The Parking Garage Pass is to be used by the Owner ONLY. You are not permitted to use your access card (WCU Ram Card) to allow anyone into or out of any parking garage regardless of the situation. Doing so will result in immediate revocation of parking garage access with no refund. Students will be referred to the Office of Student Conduct for failure to comply. Such act is considered theft and could result in criminal charges.**
**Any type of theft of service from the parking garage will immediately be reported to the West Chester University Police Department. The report will be fully investigated and proper action will be taken.**

There are 2 EV charging stations in Sharpless Garage with a 4 hour max limit for charging.

The Commons Parking Garage
Location: 124 North Campus Drive

There are 6 EV charging stations in Commons Garage with a 4 hour max limit for charging.
