The George Morris Philips Planner is the planned giving newsletter of the WCU Foundation and is published twice annually in April and October. Each issue includes:

• A feature article on a selected estate, financial and/or gift planning topic and
  
  
• A calendar of special events

The planner is mailed to all active alumni who have been graduated from West Chester University for 44 or more years, retired faculty and other selected recipients.
