ESS/MSS
ESS has been configured to allow employees to update their dependents Social Security numbers (SSN's) directly in to the SAP Human Capital Management system. Dependents' SSN's are required for coverage by the PASSHE Benefits vendors such as the PEBTF and Highmark because of federal reporting mandates.
PASSHE Group Health Program Open Enrollment/27 Pay Dates
The PASSHE Group Health Program Open Enrollment for APSCUF, Coaches, Managers, OPEIU & SPFPA employees is scheduled for April 25, 2011 through May 25, 2011 for health plan coverage effective July 1, 2011.
- This year's open enrollment activity will include the expansion of coverage for certain adult children up to age 26
- Employee Self-Service (ESS) will be available for adding and removing dependents and for making healthcare plan changes
- Healthcare plan costs are changing with the idemnity plan reflecting a significant increase
- Because the FY 2011-12 has 27 pay dates, the healthcare plan costs will be distributed over those 27 pay dates
