TIMESHEETS FOR PPE 12/13/2013 (PAY DATE 12/27/2013) ARE DUE IN THE PAYROLL OFFICE BY 12 NOON ON DECEMBER 11, 2013.
Overtime hours and wage adjustments only, may be submitted to Payroll on Friday, December 13th, before 12 noon.
Checks will be available for pick up after 3 pm on Thursday, December 12, 2013 and on ***Payday, December 13th between the hours of 8 am and 12 noon.***
All Staff/Student timesheets for the pay period ending December 27, 2013 are due in the Payroll Office by 12 noon on Monday, December 23rd.
The Payroll Office will be closed on Friday, December 27, 2013. All Payroll checks (Live Checks) for the pay of December 27, 2013, WILL BE MAILED DIRECTLY FROM PASSHE TO THE EMPLOYEES HOME. THERE WILL BE NO LIVE CHECK PICK UP FOR THE DECEMBER 27TH PAY. (Please review your home address on the front of your check to assure the correct address is listed)! If you do not already have direct deposit, now may be the time to sign up. The form is attached above.
Student payroll checks for the pay of December 27th and January 10th will be mailed to the student’s home address.
Deferred Holidays (President’s Day, Columbus Day and Veteran’s Day) will be applied to the week between Christmas and New Year’s. The Payroll Office will apply leave on the following dates December 26, 27th and 30th. December 31st is not a covered holiday and must be covered by using a form of paid leave (Annual/personal).
