We are excited to report that the PeopleAdmin online recruitment system implementation and testing is nearing completion. This web-based module will enable online management of the recruitment process for faculty and staff vacancies. Utilizing this new online system will offer many benefits to the search process such as:
The transition to the PeopleAdmin recruitment system will occur as follows:
Staff:
Once implementation and testing have been completed, the staff hiring process will fully transition to the PeopleAdmin recruitment system.
Faculty:
Once implementation and testing have been completed, a handful of the tenure track searches will be chosen as “pilot” groups. These “pilot” groups will be selected based upon when their search commences and will be utilizing the PeopleAdmin recruitment system throughout their entire search process. All other tenure track and temporary faculty hiring will proceed with the current hiring process until further notified. All tenure-track searches commencing in the fall of 2012 for the 2013-2014 academic year will be utilizing the PeopleAdmin recruitment system.
Employees will be notified when implementation and testing have been completed. At that time, training opportunities and materials will be made available to assist in the transition.
