The Computer Technical Services Team, consists of 2 full time technicians and skilled student interns, averages 150 service requests per month, in which it provides the following services for faculty and staff computer users:
Installation of new equipment (computers, printers, scanners, hard drives, memory upgrades, etc.)
In-office troubleshooting for hardware, software and network computing problems
In-office repair of hardware and software problems when possible
Repair workshop for problems that are unable to be resolved in user's office
Coordination with product vendors for warranty
repairs.
