Retiree Email Policy


This policy applies to all university employees who have been placed in retirement status by the university Human Resources department.


Faculty and staff members retiring from the university may request to keep their university email account. This account consists of the following:

  • The account is marked with a designation of retired.
  • The account is removed from all university distribution lists.
Notify the Human Resources office prior to retirement to initiate such a request.
