Project Request

Do you have a project that may require a technology solution?

Information Services has a process to assist you with defining and requesting a technology-based solution that addresses your requirement. All you need to do is complete an online project request form.

This form will initiate the project request process, providing a consistent approach to receiving, evaluating, prioritizing, initiating, and tracking projects. In addition, it gives you a key point of contact regarding your request. The information you provide on the form will assist Information Services in understanding and assessing the proposed project.

Please Note: This process is not for routine help or service requests. For assistance, please contact the IT Help Desk.

Requests for changes to the PeopleSoft system should be submitted using the Administrative Computing project request form.

What Happens Once You Submit a Project Request?

A representative from Information Services will review the submitted project request and contact you if more information is required. Once the review is complete, Information Services will notify you of the status of the request and future funding needs. Upon project completion, Information Services will work with you to close out the project and assess the success of the project.
