ResNet Senior Consultant (RSC) |
The Senior Consultant (Graduate Assistant or experienced Consultant) is the office and helpdesk coordinator. Senior Consultants can fill-in on the helpdesk and perform field support when needed. The RSC makes sure that the helpdesk is staffed during posted hours, and consultants are available for field support. |
Residential Helpdesk Consultant (RHC) |
The ResNet Central Helpdesk provides quality first level technical support to the ResNet community. The Helpdesk is charged with effectively resolving or referring problems and ensuring the best possible service. |
ResNet Consultant (RC) |
ResNet Consultants provide field support for students in resident halls (second level support for the helpdesk). Consultants provide network connectivity and computer troubleshooting. |
