Print/Save/Email

- The Print/Save/Email option allows you print, email, or otherwise save your results.
- Select Records
- "All on this page" to choose all records on the current page
- "Selected on this page" to choose only those records checked
on the current page.
- "Selected on all pages" to choose all records selected on all
pages, if there is more than one page of results and if you have selected records on other
pages of results
- Select a format type for your results
- "Text File" will produce a text display of what you see on the screen.
- "MARC Format" will produce the Machine Readable Cataloging data,
information usually of interest only to catalogers and other librarians.
- Email or Print or Save
- Email
- a. Enter the address to which you wish the results sent.
- b. Press the Send Email button.
- Print
- a. Click on the 'Print/Save' icon.
- b. From the resultant browser window, press 'Print" from your
browser's toolbar.
- Save
- a. Click on the 'Print/Save' icon.
- b. From the resultant browser window, click on 'File' from your browser's toolbar.
- c. Click on 'Save'.
- d. Indicate the drive/directory in which you wish to save your information.
- e. Use the default file name or supply your own and press the 'Save' button.
- Press your browser's 'Back' button to return to your item(s).
