• Charge
  1. To provide user input concerning library policies, procedures, services and facilities.
  2. To be an advocacy group to support library needs in serving the campus community.

  • Appointed Faculty and Student Representatives of Schools, Colleges, Academic Offices, CAPC, and Student Government
    • Three from the College of Arts and Sciences
    • Two from the School of Business and Public Affairs
    • One from the School of Education
    • One from the School of Health Sciences
    • One from the School of Music
    • One from Graduate Studies and Extended Education
    • One from Academic Programs and Services
    • One CAPC Representative
    • One Student Government Representative
  • Library Representatives
    • Library Director
    • Assistant Library Director
    • All Library Faculty Members


• Creation
  • In response to faculty and library demand the Provost approved the charge and membership of the Library Advisory Committee during the Spring Semester of 1996. Membership was revised in consultation with Provost in April 2002.
