To access library databases from off-campus, first please see the Remote Access Instructions.

If you are a graduate student and are unable to use your WCU username & password (same as WCU Webmail) to access the databases, and have not obtained a WCU ID card, you can request a Library Authentication Number. This number will enable you to use PALCI EZ-Borrow and to access library databases and other services. It is important to remember that if you eventually obtain a WCU ID card, then you must call the Library Circulation Desk at 610-436-2946 to activate the new ID Number.
