How to Move Out

1) If you are leaving before the term of the lease is over, contact you landlord 30 days prior.

2) Conduct a joint inspection of the unit with your landlord to assess any damage to the property.

3) Complete a change of address form, which you can get from the local post office.

4) Leave your new address with your landlord so they can send you the security deposit.

5) Clean the unit, including ovens, refrigerators, etc.

6) Take pictures and document the condition of the unit.
