The Office of Publications and Printing Services is part of the
Advancement Division and
also oversees the Graphics
and Printing Department.
The Office of Publications is responsible for all official University graduate and undergraduate printed publications, including the catalogs, admissions recruiting materials, course schedules, and commencement programs, as well as those official documents that are on the University’s Web site. The office also assists departments with other publications, including newsletters, brochures, posters, flyers, invitations, and fund-raising materials.
As the official Publication Policy states, the Office of Publications and Printing services is to approve all materials that are intended for an outside audience before they are printed.
