About

The RECAP Conference is an annual event showcasing the use of technology to enhance teaching and learning in higher education. Following its mission, the conference provides a forum that fosters sharing best practices and innovations, encourages collaboration and addresses current topics of interest in the use of technology in the classroom. Participants find the conference to be a great opportunity to learn, meet peers and gain inspiration in new ways to incorporate technology into their courses.

In 1996, Information Services and Technology hosted the first RECAP (Resources for the Electronic Classroom: A Faculty-Student Partnership) conference bringing faculty and students together to share knowledge on the use of technology in the classroom. Since then RECAP is an annual event held each May. Over the years RECAP has grown to include faculty from Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education and local area higher education institutions. Designed with the input of faculty members, the conference changes each year to reflect the advances in technology and key issues of importance to teaching and learning in higher education.

Join us for Informative sessions, a thought provoking keynote speaker and opportunities for conversation, sharing and learning with colleagues.
