How are classrooms assigned?

Classrooms are assigned to Academic Departments for scheduling classes via the master schedule by the Associate Registrar for Course and Event Management. Assignments are made through a combined analysis of historical use, availability of overall instructional space, and academic department needs. The classroom assignments pertain ONLY to master schedule events.

How do I reserve a room for a meeting or another event?

SAC meeting schedules, agendas, minutes and membership lists are posted on the WCU electronic bulletin board at Public Folders - All Public Folders - Faculty/Staff Postings - Space Allocation Committee.
