ARAMARK in April

Earth Week Special Meals and Menu Items
April 13 - April 17 Lawrence Dining Hall Lunch with our WCU student cook, Lindsay Silcox. Lindsay will be preparing vegetarian features daily at lunch. Lindsay will be joining the WCU Dining Services' team for the fall 2009 semester and focus on adding to our vegetarian selections at Lawrence.

Weigh-the-Waste

This program is intended to create awareness around the amount of food that gets returned uneaten daily at Lawrence Dining Hall. Lawrence Dining Hall is currently weighing the waste one time per week during lunch. The program will continue up to Earth Day (April 22) and the goal is a 20% reduction in food waste in Lawrence.
