Scott Heinerichs EdD, serves as the Faculty Associate for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment. In this role he supports student learning assessment across campus, and manages the Teaching, Learning, and Assessment Center (TLAC). The mission of the the TLAC is:

                 Support the work of the follwing committees:Assessment Advisory Committee

                 Committee for  Excellence in Learning and Teaching: CELT (Formerly Pedagogy for

                 Engagement), Faculty Mentoring Committee, and the New Faculty Orientation Committee

 

               Identify and provide resources for faculty to enhance their teaching through professional 

               development programming.

              

               Promote effective teaching practices in and outside of the classroom.

               Support and report on student learning assessment by academic programs and support units.
