The Learning Assistance and Resource Center gives students the opportunity to receive extra academic support in a variety of courses.  Registered students meet weekly with tutor who will assist students in their understanding of the course concepts and materials

The Registrar's Office provides the necessary paperwork and authorization to drop, add or withdrawal from a course.  Official transcripts, enrollment verification, transfer credit information, and instructions for scheduling classes can be found here.

The Learning Assistance and Resource Center offers one hour workshops providing general information and techniques for study skills, time management, note taking, test anxiety and essay writing which can be applied to every program of study.

The Pre-Major Academic Advising Department offers students without an academic major (undeclared/undecided) support and guidance in choosing appropriate courses and discovering career interests. Also, provides assistance in understanding program requirements and policies.

The Office of Services for Students with Disabilities offers a full range of support services for students with physical and learning disabilities.

The Twardowski Career and Development Center offers support to students, who want to explore career interests, improve interviewing skills, resume, or need assistance job searching. 

The Bursar's Office offers information about tuition and fees, the billing process, and making payments.  Students also visit the Bursar’s office to receive refund checks.

Residence Life holds information for on-campus housing policies and procedures, costs, variety of living facilities, and housing applications. Students having issues with their roommate should contact his/her resident assistant or resident director.

The Counseling Department provides emotional support and guidance to students, who are having difficulties in various aspects of life, which is affecting their ability to function. 

The Office of Multicultural Affairs offers a wide range of services and cultural activities promoting success for all students. 

The Student Health and Wellness Center offers medical care to students with health concerns.

The Judicial Affairs Department handles legal matters, absenteeism, and any issues related to WCU’s code of conduct.

This office of LGBTQA offers safe space for individuals to talk and explore their thoughts and feelings about sexual orientation, sexuality, and gender identity.  Provides information, resources and programs to students and the community.
