Each presentation must have an individual named as primary author. The primary author must be a WCU faculty or staff member.
The authors grant WCU and the WCU Research Consortium the right to distribute abstracts, photographs, or excerpts of their presentations before and after the event.
Authors will set up their presentations between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. They will arrange to remove their presentations between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. The Research Consortium is under no obligation to deal with material left after 4:00 PM.
For posters and table displays, an author will attend the presentation for at least one hour during the period from 1:30 to 3:30 PM.
The authors are solely responsible for the content of their presentations.
It is the responsibility of the person submitting an application to assure the accuracy of the submission and to secure permission of the other authors.
