The Management Department sponsors two student groups: Sigma Iota Epsilon and Net Impact. These activities provide members with the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, socialize with one another, engage in service projects and network with business and nonprofit professionals.
Sigma Iota Epsilon is the Honorary and Professional Fraternity of the Academy of Management. The organization strives to recognize academic excellence and give back to the community. SIE members meet throughout the academic year to plan and execute various fundraisers and community service projects. Membership requirements include a GPA of 3.25 or better, completion of at least 30 credit hours, and acceptance into the Management Major. If you are interested in joining SIE, please contact the faculty advisor, Dr. Paul Rotenberry at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WCU Net Impact is part of an international organization of business students and professionals who strive to create positive social and environmental change on campus, at work and in the community. WCU Net Impact is one of only six undergraduate chapters in Pennsylvania including University of Pennsylvania, Temple, Penn State, Saint Joe's, Villanova and Marywood. The organization is open to all undergraduate business majors and other majors interested in business. If you would like to learn more, please contact the faculty advisor, Dr. Lisa Calvano at email@example.com.
